  • Meet at Duniway track for initial evaluation of fitness
  • Evaluate Current Fitness
  • Determine Training Needs
  • Set Goals
  • Includes two 45 minute interviews, review questionnaire, discuss training methods, create monthly training plan, updates as needed.
  • Emails, texts and phone calls as needed
